By using this website or booking a consultation, you agree to the following terms:

1. General Information 

• The content on this website is for general education only. It does not replace medical advice from your doctor or another qualified health professional.

2. Consultations

• Naturopathic consultations are intended to support your wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical or emergency care.

• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information, including medications, supplements, allergies, and any medical conditions.

• I cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as each individual responds differently to naturopathic treatment.

3. Payment & Cancellations

• Payment for consultations is required at the time of booking (via Healthbank).

• Healthbank's cancellation policy applies:

  • Cancellations 24 hours or  more in advance can be made or rescheduled at no additional cost.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% cancellation fee (processing fees are not refundable). This fee can be reimbursed in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances. 

  • Patients who fail to attend their booking (and have not contacted to cancel their appointment) will forfeit their consultation fee, and will not be refunded. 

  • If I (the practitioner) fail to attend, you will receive a full refund and be offered a rescheduled appointment.

4. Products & Remedies

• Any herbal or nutritional remedies prescribed are prepared specifically for you. For safety reasons, these cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

• If you experience any unwanted side effects, stop taking the product immediately and contact me. 

5. Privacy

• Your personal information is handled according to my Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

• While every effort is made to provide safe and appropriate support, I am not responsible for any loss, damage, or adverse outcomes that may result from using this website, my services, or prescribed products.

• Always seek immediate medical attention in an emergency.

7. Changes to Terms

• These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of this website or my services indicates acceptance of any changes.
